The institution was established by the dynamic guidance of its Chairperson Mr. Satya Bhusan Sahu with a strategic touch of our Secretary Mr. Tankadhar Sahu, Who directly involved in the operation and management & gradually promoted by Susila Batakrushna Charitable Trust. Presently the society is running with D. Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy), course.

The Institution is affiliated & approved by, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, and affiliated to Odisha State Board of Pharmacy, Odisha and Health & family welfare department, Odisha .

To equip the students with the best of technical knowledge & skills, nurture scientific temperaments, identify hidden talents, inculcate professional ethics and human values and provide opportunities for students to realize their full potential, thus mould them into professionally superior and ethically strong global manpower with the ability to adapt to an intellectually and technologically changing environment and to become future leaders.

The College is situated at Ainlajuba, Darlimunda, a push green pollution free area, very close to Nuapada district headquarter which is well connected and communinicated with National Highways and railways from inside and outside the state

A balanced mix of academicians, researchers and professionals from different pharmaceutical and general sectors contributes to the institute's academic excellence. They are encouraged to update their knowledge and skills by allowing them to pursue refresher courses, research work and higher studies. Part time and visiting faculties are invited to contribute enrich the core courses and electives offered to the students.
